Employment Assistance for Adults with a Severe Disability provides employment opportunities so that individuals can obtain and maintain employment. Individuals with a severe disability receive on-going supports helping them to work. Services provided include job coaching, supportive housing, access to adaptive equipment, and help developing a work plan.

The main program serving this population is the Supported Work/Community-Based Employment Program.

The Supported Work Program is a specialized training program for individuals with challenging disabilities. The program provides assessment, training, and placement assistance. Employment services are provided for up to a year with the primary goal to transition participants into unsubsidized employment. On-going supports are provided with the goal of helping individuals maintain employment in competitive settings.
